Lighthouse Cove offers a multitude of activities at our recreation center. This facility features billiards, darts, ping pong, bocce ball, horseshoes, a chipping green, tennis, shuffle board, and of course a pool for those hot sunny days.

Outside Lighthouse Cove, recreation, adventure and cultural events await. The Canaveral National Seashore is a 57,000-acre barrier island, which houses a variety of birds and animals, including 14 endangered species and has a 24-mile stretch of undeveloped beach. Here you can hike, swim, canoe, fish, boat and camp. Directly south of the Seashore, you will find the Kennedy Space Center and the 70-acre Visitor Complex where you can tour the launch area, see exclusive space artifacts, authentic rockets, and even sit in on some of the launch preparation briefings. To the north of Lighthouse Cove, you will find the Daytona International Speedway, better known as "The World Center of Racing," which hosts such events as NASCAR stock car racing, the Daytona 500 and the Pepsi 400. Come experience the excitement and energy that these events bring not only to the Speedway, but to the surrounding area as well. Daytona is also home to "the World's Famous Beach" with New Smyrna Beach to the direct South and Ponce Inlet located in between to allow access to the Atlantic Ocean.

Golfing is never-ending in the Central Florida area and there are 20 golf courses in close proximity to Lighthouse Cove, including the LPGA International, which is an annual host to the Sprint Classic. We cannot forget the attractions of Orlando, including the Walt Disney World Resort, Sea World and Universal Studios (to name a few), where you can capture the magic, see spectacular sights and experience days of fun. Shopping, fine dining, professional services and cultural events such as theatres, museums and art galleries are abundant and easily accessible to Lighthouse Cove. You will also have confidence knowing that hospitals, medical facilities and rescue services are all immediately available in and around the area.
